Are You Sure About Heaven?

Think carefully on this soul-searching question: If you died today, do you know for sure that you would go to heaven? If your answer is anything other than "Yes", here is an important message just for you.

The Bible teaches that there are four things you need to know as it relates to your soul and where you will spend eternity

1. We have all sinned against God. "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."  - Romans 3: 23

2. God tells us where sin leads. "For the wages of sin is death;..."  - Romans 6:23a

3. The wonderful news of the Bible is that God's Son, Jesus, died in your place to pay the penalty for your sin.
    "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."  - Romans 5:8

4. God tells you how you can be saved. "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."  - Romans 10: 13 

God wants to have a personal relationship with you and He provided a way for you to be saved. Will you believe His Word and take Christ as your personal Savior? If so, pray a simple prayer asking God to save you.

"Lord, I confess to you that I am a sinner. I know that I deserve God's penalty for sin, but I believe that Jesus died in my place and rose again from the dead. In the best way that I know how, I ask you to forgive my sin, come into my life, and make heaven my everlasting home. In Jesus' name, Amen."
